While Ivan doesn’t arrive at Makios headquarters in a Bat-Mobile and we’re pretty sure he doesn’t leap tall buildings in a single bound, we are excited about his vast knowledge of all things IT. With over 8 years of professional experience in network systems and solutions, Ivan is a pro with servers, communication devices, an expert with point of sale systems, and an absolute wizard in the troubleshooting of networks.

Their Firebox ® X family and their latest XTM line of products are all part of their Unified Threat Management ( UTM ) solutions and provide the best combination of strong security, ease of use, and expert guidance in their class.

Nils' first line of business was to hire a talented Client Liaison; as a result, Makios welcomed Freddie Nevarez to the team. Freddie was hired to provide sales quotes, engineering solutions, and proposals to Makios' clients without delay. Freddie has a background in Information Systems and Security, is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and is CompTIA Security+ Certified; more importantly, Freddie is up for the challenge. He's a dedicated and driven individual and the Makios family is thrilled to have him on board!

El Paso native Ricardo Chavez joined the Makios team in 2011 and we couldn’t be more excited. Ricardo will be putting the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems he earned at UTEP , along with over 7 years of professional IT experience to use in providing remote IT support to Makios clients.

Luis joined our company in 2013 and has become an integral part of our technical support team and brings it every day.
