Mr. Malapero is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is the managing partner of the firm and oversees the products liability and motor vehicle defense divisions. He has more than thirty years of trial experience in the defense of personal injury cases, including premises liability, complex litigation involving elevators and escalators, products liability and motor vehicle cases.

Malapero, Prisco, Klauber & Licata LLP provides litigation and related services to the insurance industry, third-party administrators, municipalities and self-insured entities. We strive to exceed our clients� expectations in every aspect of our representation by providing highly personalized legal services in partnership with our clients.

Our practice is conducted in accordance with the Recommended Case Handling Guidelines for Insurers, as promulgated by The Defense Research Institute. We have the flexibility to coordinate billing with all electronic billing formats. Our billing conforms to the Uniform Task Based Management System as required. Billing cycles are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Malapero, Prisco, Klauber & Licata LLP has extensive experience in handling litigation and insurance coverage matters involving construction accidents, general insurance defense (including motor vehicle, premises liability and products liability), Personal Injury Protection (PIP), workers’ compensation, commercial disputes, property damage/subrogation and fraud.

Mr. Prisco has substantial experience in the representation of municipalities and landlords in premises liability actions, including allegations of sexual assault and lack of security litigation. He has been awarded an AV® Preeminent ™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell©.
