Description

Management Controls, Inc., the creator of Track™ Software, was founded in 1989 with the goal of automating a company's management of contract employees (labor), equipment, and material costs. Our founder was formerly a Director of Internal Auditing for ARCO and later CFO/COO of a large contract service company. He recognized that a significant trend was afoot to substitute company employees with contractor workers. This trend became popularly recognized as outsourcing. New disciplines were born: contractor management and services management.
