Description

President and founder of Manassas Cab Company, which began service to Prince William County in Northern Virginia in February 1995 with five taxicabs and now has about 60. In July 2001 it became the first taxicab company in the world to dispatch data to cellular phones using Nextel's wireless internet. He sits on the Taxicab Steering Committee of the Taxicab, Limousine and Paratransit Association.
