About Manchester Elementary Middle School Manchester Elementary Middle School is nestled at the foot of Mount Equinox in Southern Vermont. The school serves a population of 450 Kindergarten through Eighth Grade students. Our Mission as a professional learning community is to engage students in academic work that results in high levels of achievement, responsibility, and citizenship. We are confident that, with our support, students will master challenging curricula, and we expect them to do so. We are prepared to work collaboratively to pursue a clear-shared purpose for all student learning and personal growth. As a professional learning community, we take collective responsibility for achieving these goals.
