His background as an investor and entrepreneur includes twenty-five years as CEO and President in $5 million to $60 million businesses, providing leadership through periods of turnaround, fast growth, repositioning, and refinancing. His accomplishments are extensive. As President/CEO he successfully dealt with financing, raising over $20 million for TEXET CORPORATION from blue chip-quality venture capitalists and major corporations. He has recruited and retained highly skilled marketing, sales, finance and engineering professionals, and negotiated worldwide strategic partnerships. As President/CEO of DYMO RETAIL SYSTEMS, Mr. Ireton achieved market leadership and majority market share in several segments of retailing. And as President of ROYAL GROUP, he led the company to three-fold profit growth and five-fold market value capitalization improvement. His operational experiences have included: computer hardware/software, computer supplies, office products and point of sale label printing systems. His formal education included senior management programs at Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and Columbia University Graduate School of Management. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at University of California Berkeley and San Jose State University. In addition to serving on corporate boards and forums, Mr. Ireton has lectured on marketing strategy for the U.S. State Department in Thailand and the American Management Association. He also developed and conducted a national conference on Japanese/American Productivity for the Young President's Organization. He is currently an active member of The Chief Executives Organization.
