MANDEX Program Managers have experience in using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for control of complex projects in accordance with the American National Standards Institute, ANSI/EIA-748, Standard. MANDEX PMs have experience in developing tailored EVMS to properly match the reporting requirements to the project.

MANDEX provides support to SPAWAR's Global Command and Control - Maritime (GCCS-M), DISA's GCCS, and ONI's Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS). MANDEX software analysts and systems engineering technicians work with various elements of the National Maritime Intelligence Environment (NMIE). They provide developmental test and deployment support to the joint military services for C4I systems. We assess digital imaging and computer technologies, perform hardware integration and test, installation, and user training.

MANDEX was incorporated in 1974 as a small disadvantaged business enterprise. Since its graduation from the SBA 8(a) business program in 1988, MANDEX has successfully won competitive contracts, both unrestricted and small business set-aside procurements.

Electronic and Physical Security System's Field Support consists of efforts necessary for requirements development, site surveys, design, installations and systems integrations, and life-cycle support for electronic and physical security systems. Our Field Support engineers and technicians perform work on systems world-wide, to include access control, intrusion detection, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and fence line protection systems.

MANDEX system engineering personnel have extensive experience in developing all of the Systems Engineering documentation required to support programs at every phase of the Program Life Cycle. MANDEX Systems Engineers have developed and maintained Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), CONOPS, System Engineering Plans (SEPs), Capability Assessment reports, Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and reports for all types of engineering reviews.
