Chris Mann has a diverse professional background which includes extensive experience in the areas of public relations, politics, and real estate development and management. Chris’ areas of expertise include land-use entitlement, water and energy project development as well as public education and community outreach programs. A seasoned communications strategist, Chris’ experience includes public opinion research, message development, reputation management, coalition building, media relations, public information campaigns and crisis management in both the public and private sectors.

Daniel Diez has been at the forefront of the Internet evolution with over 15 years of experience, dating from the beginnings of the online media industry. With a marketing degree and a strong background in online media marketing, web development, web hosting, custom programming, and expertise in implementing various online marketing strategies with total integration, Daniel brings to Mann Communications the ability to handle complex tasks for our clients.

David Rotkin brings almost two decades of land-use experience to Mann Communications. Having worked as a developer of commercial real estate properties since 1994, he has personally developed approximately 775,000 square feet of retail and office space. Developing properties throughout Southern California, Nevada and Arizona, David is practiced in every aspect of the development process, including land acquisition, entitlement processing, title research, design and construction, financing, management, restructuring and asset sales.

Our team of experienced professionals have served as elected officials, local government staff, political staffers and consultants, real estate developers and brokers, and business marketing executives. The company's founder and President, Chris Mann, has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having served as a Mayor, City Councilman, Member of the Board of Directors of a water agency, and as a partner in a commercial real estate development company.
