We have had a creative working relationship with Mannix Marketing for over 12 years. Our current website is an amazing tool for us, the Alpine Sport Shop is available for our customers and the world to explore 24 hours a day.
I wanted to take a moment and let you know that you have an exceptional staff. I currently run the website for the Lake George Winter Carnival. In addition to my interactions with your company thought the carnival, my significant other Todd Monahan, recently started using your company for his hot air balloon ride business. I have been nothing but please with all interactions that I have had with your company and very pleased with the results. The ballooning business was much more busy this year, as the carnivals website has more traffic than it ever has.
A couple of years ago we wanted to completely overhaul our website and when we went to meet with the folks at Mannix Marketing we stressed a couple of things that were very important to us – the look & feel of the site and the ability to do our own updates and changes. All websites have a feel or “Vibe” and we were very specific that we wanted a site with a great look and also a good vibe. We gave them an idea on what we wanted for the look and feel of our site and they hit the nail on the head.
The Friends Lake Inn has been in business for over 30 years and we are constantly evolving to try and stay current, whether it is the remodeling of guest rooms or changing our menus. Our website was outdated and not a reflection of the services and ambiance the Friends Lake Inn offers. Mannix Marketing took our tired and drab website and breathed new life into it. Since the update we have enjoyed a surge of new guests that have commented about how the website has drawn them to the inn.
