Description
At MAPCO, we want each of our customers to truly have "An Outstanding Parking Experience." Auto-Perks is the amenity program we provide for our customers and clients to further this mission.
MAPCO has many years of experience in the Valet Service. Five years ago, we developed, priced, and introduced a Valet Parking Service at Greater Rochester International Airport (GRIA). Airport Valet provides our premier customers with a unique service that allows them to drop off their car in front of the terminal, receive help with their luggage, and have the car returned to them warmed up and ready to go. This program has established loyal business and vacation travelers who are willing to pay for a customer service experience unlike any other.
Ted from Chili has worked with MAPCO for almost 7 years. Ted, MAPCO's Quartermaster, takes on several roles in the company such as: inventory, snow removal, and salting. Ted is a Vietnam Vet and on his days off he enjoys driving his Corvette and working around his house. Ted received his A.S. Degree from MCC in Business Administration. Prior to working with MAPCO Ted worked for Lightning Mixers for 40 years.
MAPCO also has a proven record of managing Valet programs. Six years ago, we developed, priced, and introduced the Valet Parking Service at the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC). This program has secured loyal business and vacation travelers who are willing to pay for a customer service experience unlike any other. Our Valet customers appreciate the service our staff provides on a daily basis and cannot overemphasize the remarkable experience they have with our customer oriented staff.
"I am writing to rave about your employee, Mike, the technician who works at the Rochester airport. Tonight, I erroneously looked for my car in the incorrect lot at the airport. After walking around Mike drove into the lot and I approached him with my problem. To my surprise, even though this is not his job, he drove around the lot for about an hour looking for my car. After we both were still unable to find it, he suggested that it might be in the other lot. He allowed me to put my bags in the truck, and took me over to the other lot and we ended up finding my car.
