M aple Creek Farm was founded in 1994 and became certified organic in 1999. Maple Creek Farms has been a well known organic farm, CSA, and restaurant provider over the years and at one time was producing for up to 700 members, and distributing about 750 boxes per week among over 25 drop-off points in the metro Detroit area. Today, the farm is no longer a certified organic CSA, but is still growing organically and focusing on local Farmers Markets, Restaurants, and agricultural farm consulting.
