FISHING IN PELHAM LAKE AND PELHAM BROOK in the Rowe Town Forest offers good bass, pickerel and perch fishing year round. Pelham Brook, which runs out of the lake down to the Deerfield River. FLY-FISHING THE DEERFIELD RIVER The Deerfield River is stocked with brown and brook trout spring and summer and fly fishing begins in earnest on the Deerfield in May. The Deerfield is the western boundary of our town and only 3 miles away. We’ll fry your catch up for dinner! River guides we can recommend are The Harrison Brothers , Dan and Tom.
