Marathon Builders is, first and foremost, a full service general construction company serving commercial and industrial customers across North America. We also provide other development services through our in-house resources and in concert with Marathon Team consultants. Our Mission: At Marathon, we bring our expertise and energy to the table and work with our clients as partners to determine their specific criteria. Every client has different budgets, needs, and objectives, and at Marathon we don't try to make our clients conform to our services; instead we tailor our services to serve our clients. Simply put, our mission is to identify and execute the client's wishes. Marathon Builders, Incorporated was incorporated in 1987, and we have been in continuous, successful operation since then. We are licensed as a contractor in every state in the US that requires individual licensing, and throughout Canada. Our projects have ranged from small tenant improvements to 100,000+ square foot multi-story commercial buildings. Marathon Builders has in-house resources for the design of moment frame steel buildings, and through our partnerships we can provide architectural and engineering services throughout the US and Canada.
