MARAZUL was founded in 1979 to facilitate the visits of Cuban Americans with their families in Cuba. We quickly expanded in the efforts to provide a "Bridge of Understanding" between the people of the United States and the people of Cuba and we are now the largest and most experienced Travel Agency entirely specializing in licensed travel to Cuba. Despite U.S. restrictions on travel, MARAZUL has been able to assist and send hundreds of thousands of legally licensed travelers to Cuba in pursuit of family reunification as well as intellectual, cultural, scientific, humanitarian, and religious exchange. Licensed by the U.S. Treasury Department ’s Office of Foreign Assets Control as both a Travel Service Provider (TSP) and Carrier Service Provider (CSP) MARAZUL can help individuals and groups with all aspects of their trip to Cuba. This includes all air arrangements on our Charter flights from Miami International to Cuba as well as through third countries such as Mexico, the Bahamas, Jamaica and Canada. For more than 30 years MARAZUL has been in the forefront of Cuba travel, setting up interviews, exchanges and site visits for licensed professionals conducting research in their particular fields and for university classes spending a semester in Havana. We have made all preparations for several thousands to attend professional conferences. We have helped arrange full programs for religious institutions traveling under religious licenses and helped set up projects for humanitarian groups, MARAZUL has also assisted hundreds of businesses, Trade Associations and State delegations with their customized travel needs.
