If we’re in agreement, we can go to contract at that time. You will set the closing date...in 2 weeks or in 6 months. This will allow you to avoid moving twice, or moving at a time that is undesirable for you. If you’re relocating, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your home is sold and that you can close with us just prior to leaving.The closing will take place at our building, the Marc Building, conveniently located at I-275 and Lois Avenue, and will be conducted by an experienced closing agent. Everything you need to know will be clearly and completely explained to you, every step of the way, before and at the closing.If you compare the difference between selling your home to us versus having a Real Estate Agent “try” to sell your home, you will find that Real Estate Agents don’t sell all of the homes they list. When they do sell a home, they take up to 7% of the purchase price. They rarely get the price you want, or the date you want to close. With a Real Estate Agent you have commissions, carrying costs and closing costs. These expenses can wipe out all your equity, and often, you must bring cash to closing. Our offer does not include commissions, since there is no Real Estate Agent. There are no carrying costs, since you set the closing date; and you have no closing costs, because we will pay them.
