Background Dr. Marc Baraban is a Board Certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon serving Topeka, KS patients for over 25 years. Dr. Baraban attended the University of Texas in Austin and graduated in 1972 with honors. Subsequently, he went to the University of Missouri in Kansas City for medical school. He graduated with honors in 1975. He then attended the prestigious University of Colorado Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, in the general surgery residency program. Once Dr. Baraban completed these educational requirements he then went on to begin his plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery residency in Kansas City, Missouri.Dr. Baraban has been in private practice in Topeka, Kansas for over 25 years. During that time, he has held numerous leadership positions in the medical community. He has given multiple lectures across the area, in regards to his specialty of cosmetic surgery.
