Gary Marcus President of Marcus & Partners, Incorporated, has spent 30 years keeping money moving, fast. Mr. Marcus was Credit Manager for Cox Communications and Cap Cities/ABC in San Francisco. He also worked several years on the ad agency side, supervising major accounts. Before that he was a principal of S.J. Foil, this country's first commercial collection agency, founded in 1902.
