Our highly qualified and seasoned faculty optimizes the classroom time available in our challenging dual curriculum. They strive to accommodate the individual learning styles of their students and understand their individual needs. These dedicated individuals also prepare our students for the PSAT, SAT and AP exams. On a regular basis, rabbis and professionals who are experts in their fields supplement our exceptional faculty. These guest lecturers enhance learning, promote skill building and expand our students' exposure to different teaching styles.

In addition, our General Endowment Fund was established many years ago to guarantee the future of Jewish education in Memphis. We continue to receive donations to this fund, but we have a long way to go in our fundraising efforts to assure the solvency of our school for years to come. The income from this fund is used to help us with our day-to-day operations and we are hopeful that it will eventually enable us to enhance many facets of our school.

Our dedicated educators have earned professional degrees and/or teaching certificates and have from 7 to 30 years of experience in the educational field. They keep up to date with current trends in early childhood education by attending seminars sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Memphis Association for the Education of Young Children (MAEYC), Tennessee Childcare Provider Training (TN-CCPT) and Coalition for Alternatives in Jewish Education (CAJE) and the Memphis Jewish Federation.

The Irby Cooper Learning Endowment Fund, in memory of our beloved friend and great supporter, Mr. Irby Cooper, of blessed memory, was established in July, 2000. This fund provides income that is used for programming, books, and to provide salary and benefits for faculty and staff.
