Mark and his team did a great job building my cellar. In the planning stage, Mark was very good at listening to what I wanted/needed, and incorporating those ideas into his overall design. Once Mark and his team began building my cellar, everything went like clockwork. Mark acted as the general contractor, and did an amazing job. All the tradesmen who worked on my cellar were courteous, timely, and did great work. There were no delays whatsoever; when one part of the project was complete the next stage began immediately. When everything was completed, I ended up with exactly the cellar I wanted-only better! I simply can't say enough about Harrahcellars. They did an excellent job during the design stage, the building stage and the follow up stage-all at a price that was far below their competitors. Jim Y. At the risk of setting high expectations for others, Mark gave up a family vacation to accommodate my project's slipping schedule due to the general contractor; when I found myself all alone trying to fill my wine cellar both hea and his brother came to my aid on a Sunday and helped catalog a few thousand bottles so I would have room for furniture to arrive the next day.
