So that we can insure the quality of your purchase, we must ship to a physical address…no P.O. boxes, or boxes of any kind. All fresh products must ship by 2-Day or Overnight (Next Day) shipping. Fresh products include cheese, meat & fresh pasta. These packages may require a signature - if you'd prefer it be left without a signature, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order and ensure there is a safe place for the driver to leave it. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day and orders placed after 10 AM California time will not be processed the same day. All non-perishable products, (everything else in the store), will ship via our standard method, which takes 2-7 days to arrive in your waiting hands. Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is received. Of course, if you choose a quicker shipping method, you will see your package sooner. You will recieve an e-mail from us when your order ships. We reserve the right to ship your order in separate boxes and via different shipping services if we can ensure the packages' arrival date within the time specified. While we'd love to replace anything damaged by weather, we may not always be able to do so. We reserve the right to assess these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please note: Our policy for Ground packages is to not require a signature upon delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
