Description

Dr. Ruggeiro has enjoyed practicing at the Pike Place Market Optical for over 16 years. She received her bachelor’s degree and her training in Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley. She was awarded her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984. She completed a residency in hospital-based optometry in Hyderabad, India and received her Master in Public Health degree from the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine.
