Our Agency Established in 1991 as an independent commercial insurance agency, we have grown to include personal insurance and financial products effectively making Marketside a one stop insurance shop. We are located in Palo Alto and are licensed to sell insurance to individuals and businesses based in California. Our Goal Our mission is to provide excellent customer service and competitive pricing to maintain long lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved through price shopping with a large range of insurance companies and up to date technologies and procedures to quickly service existing customers. Our Technology At Marketside we strive to improve agency management by finding better ways to service our customers. We now employ an agency management system that digitally stores customer information for easy access to policy information. We also continously research emerging insurance markets and establish ongoing relationships with providers to allow us to offer quotes done right in our office.
