Wright has practiced in state and federal court, including the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court, since 1989. P. Corper James practices in the areas of general business and employment law with an emphasis in employment discrimination and litigation. White began his private water law practice in 1999. In July of 2000, John H. Bill White retired from the practice of law but remains active in water development. P. Corper James joined the firm in 2007.
