Since 1977 they have built over 500 homes in Illinois in the following communities: Palos Park, Homer Glen, Burr Ridge, Orland Park and most recently Frankfort , Dyer, Indiana and Lemont, Illinois. Jim Marth Sr. and his wife Carol Marth began the company 32 years ago. Through the years they have been joined by their children. Jim Marth Jr. grew up working for the family business, but officially joined Marth Construction after he graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. Jim and Carol's daughter Chrissy Gentile joined the family business after graduating with a degree in business from Lewis University. Marth Construction strives to offer custom homes of the highest quality at affordable prices. The Marth Family works together sharing the responsibility to make the building process a pleasant and stress-free experience for their customers.
