Marty’s primary area of practice over the last two and a half decades has been as a trial lawyer litigating all sorts of personal injury cases involving persons seriously injured in car, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip, trip and falls, industrial accidents, medical negligence, assault and batteries, products liability, and wrongful death. He has extensive practical experience in state and federal claims involving wage and overtime compensation, false arrests, malicious prosecutions, excessive force and other police misconduct/civil rights violations. Marty has litigated cases involving dog maulings, food poisoning, insurance coverage issues, UIM/UM claims, premises liability, negligent hiring/firing, employer intentional torts and other types of injury claims. As a hard-nosed litigator, Marty has handled many cases involving adverse possession, construction disputes, eminent domain, evictions, frauds, foreclosure, bankruptcy, property line disputes and building code and zoning violations.

I provide my clients with the benefit of my 28 years of experience practicing as an attorney. Included in that span is 10 years during which I served as attorney to the insurance companies that are working to prevent you from recovering any costs or benefits. I understand how these companies and their legal counsel behave. My knowledge in this area provides my clients with a book-smart practice that is also street smart and born of experience.
