Rob has over 28 years of experience in the music industry: performance, recording, set building/design, and sound engineering. He also has many years of hands-on mechanical and electronic work, carpentry skills, voice and data wiring, and cable TV and satellite installation under his belt.

With a strong background in event coordination & video production, Carolyn is a valued project manager. She has experience in both creating and managing, which is why she clicks so well with the team. Carolyn likes to believe that she walks the line between the creative and the logistically sound. Communicating between massAV’s creative team and the client is where you’ll find Carolyn — right in the middle and she couldn’t be happier about it!
