What makes us different? Massage Therapy Associates was founded in 1983. Each of our therapists is a highly trained, experienced individual, with 17 to 30 years of experience. Our goal is to provide therapeutic massage services to people of all ages and from all walks of life, as well as educate the community about the benefits of massage therapy.

I've been going to Massage Therapy Associates for over 25 years as I value the consistent care, knowledge and professionalism of the therapists. I consider my appointments with Paulette to be part of my health program, as she knows how to relieve my body's stress points, aid in the healing of various injuries and surgeries, and teaches me "how the body works". Additionally, I have often told her that she is a miracle worker, because she will know exactly which technique I need to address a certain problem.

Recorded in 1964 by jazz clarinetist Tony Scott with master Japanese sakuhachi and koto players in an beautiful and unusual (for musicians of classical Japanese music) improvisational recording. I have been listening to this piece and using it in massage for over 30 years and never tire of it. Peaceful and sparse in a good way.

We were founded in 1983 by Raymond Moriyasu, NCTMB – a former member of the National Board of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), practitioner and teacher.
