Here at MasterClean, we hand pick each employee to ensure that our staff is made up of the best that our industry has to offer. You will be provided with a specified custodian, or custodial team, local to your business, to ensure that your building's needs are understood and met. Therefore, you will see the same MasterClean employees in your building as scheduled.

To maintain our quality assurance, MasterClean Janitorial’s team of Inspectors make weekly visits to each building. It is the inspectors job to evaluate the level of cleanliness in each building while mentoring and guiding employees. These steps ensure that you are provided the highest quality of cleaning and allows you to focus on your business and customers.
