Based in the North West of Ireland and serving clients throughout Ireland, the UK and beyond, Mastercraft Construction has been established for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience within the construction industry. We pride ourselves on providing building solutions to meet the individual needs of clients in both the private and public sector. As a building contractor we are unique in that we provide an integrated service by applying our vast expertise to a diverse range of disciplines within the industry. This includes all aspects of specialist joinery, roofing, formwork, residential developments and office fit-outs. This experience has provided us with the foundation to undertake construction projects of any magnitude, as either principal or sub-contractor.

Dermot McCloskey Dermot is a founding partner of the company and was appointed as a Director in 2000 when the company became incorporated. He has over thirty years experience in the construction industry, having served his time as a joiner from 1973. Over his career Dermot has been involved in some of the provinces’ most prestigious buildings and has built a reputation as perfectionist with his attention to detail. His motto, “do it right, do it once”, sums up his meticulous nature. In more recent years, Dermot has spearheaded the company’s property development division and completed many residential schemes throughout the Belfast area. Raymond O’Kane Being a founding partner in Mastercraft and director when the company became incorporated in 2000, Raymond has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. He has been involved in some of Northern Ireland’s most significant construction projects from cost planning to completion stages. He has taken the company from a level of operating 2 to 3 contracts concurrently to that of 20 plus contracts simultaneously.

Here at Mastercraft we are proud to have a built a strong reputation for providing quality roofing services. From traditional cut rafters, fink or storage trusses to laminate or composite beam framed roofs, our skilled craftsmen have the knowledge and experience to construct it. If its roof finishes that our clients require, we can supply and fit natural and manmade slates or more contemporary zinc finishes. Whatever your roofing requirements, Mastercraft Construction have it covered.

A civil engineer with over 30 years post qualification experience, Anthony joined Mastercraft Construction in 2007. He has since worked as a senior contracts manager on some of the company’s largest projects such as the residential developments at Antrim and Saintfield and the Serpentine Pavillion Project . He has extensive experience in delivering high profile contracts ranging in value from £0.1 million to £10 million.

Mastercraft have been building homes for over 25 years and have a passion for perfecting our developments. Found in the best locations, every home we build receives individual and professional attention from the moment it appears on the drawing board, through to build completion and its final clean. Our designs range from contemporary to classical but our approach to building quality homes is always reassuringly traditional with customer service as our top priority.
