Masterson Studio LLC

Description

Our philosophy is simple — we provide custom designs with a careful attention to detail to ensure quality and durability. We believe in sustainable building practices and are excited to see this growing trend in our community. While some of our projects have a strong emphasis on sustainable design, we do not approach any aspect of the design process with a pre-determined idea. We work with our clients to develop the project that they are interested in pursuing, and we use our knowledge and experience to advise them on their decisions throughout the design and construction process.

Masterson Studio is a Seattle architecture firm established by architect Joshua Masterson. Our work can be found in and around the Puget Sound and throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are a small firm focused on high quality design solutions achieved collaboratively with our clients. We provide custom designs with a careful attention to detail to ensure quality and durability. Our portfolio of work includes single family homes, additions and renovations, and small commercial projects such as restaurants and child care centers.

From design to construction, we treat architecture as a conversation. Early in the design process we create sketches based on our client's desires and budgets. We assist our clients in selecting a contractor that understands the project goals. As the architect, we are part of the project team and collaborate with contractors, interior designers, and landscape architects to bring value to our projects. We advocate for our clients throughout construction, communicating design details and intent to the contractor in order to provide our clients with piece of mind. We have the knowledge and experience to deliver quality projects in a timely manner with cost effective and thoughtful solutions.
