Brian D. Owen, General Partner Brian D. Owen has more than 25 years of senior operating experience in a wide range of technology companies, with a particular focus on enterprise software. Prior to joining Masthead Venture Partners, Mr. Owen was President and Chief Executive Officer of Decalog, NV, a venture-backed financial management software company that he successfully merged with SunGard (NYSE: SDS).
