Jack Vance recently joined Mastro & Associates. Jack is an Enrolled Agent and has years of experience of tax return preparation. He previously was a Revenue Officer for the IRS, and is a Stanford Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. Jack has over 25 years of experience as a seminar instructor for tax compliance.
