Mastro Gourmet Quality ? Ice ? is a full-service ice company located in the Greater Pittsburgh region providing quality service and products such as packaged ice, block ice, and stunning, finely-crafted ice ? ? sculptures ? ?.

Mastro Gourmet Quality Ice is manufactured at our modern production facility in Pittsburgh, PA. We use high quality stainless steel Vogt Ice Makers which produce a uniform, round ice cube approximately 1-inch by 1-inch in size. Our water is supplied by the City of Pittsburgh. It is treated and filtered and exceeds bottled water standards. Our ice products are tested regularly at Micro-Bac Laboratories and our facility is inspected by the Allegheny County Health Department and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

Mastro Gourmet Quality Ultra-Clear ice blocks are manufactured at our modern production facility. We use a variety of processes to manufacture Ultra-Clear ice. This clear sculpting block is used by ice sculptors at our facility as well as hotels, country clubs and caterers around the Greater Pittsburgh area. Ultra-Clear is available in four sizes: 40-inch, 45-inch, 48-inch and 60-inch. See the difference. It's clear.
