Description

Materials Testing and Consulting (MTC) was founded in 1981. Over the years we've grown from a small testing laboratory in Mount Vernon, WA to a geotechnical engineering, special inspection and materials testing corporation serving all of Western Washington. Niall and Terri Hackett became the owners of the company in 1995. Under the stewardship of the Hacketts, MTC flourished and developed into a regional force in the industry. Curtis Shear and Brian Steele became co-owners of MTC in 2002.
