Robert DeMarco, RLA, ASLA, joined Mathews Nielsen in 1999 and has twenty years of experience as a landscape architect. Technical proficiency and project management experience unite to make him a leader who delivers on design excellence. DeMarco is responsible for keeping firm technology at the forefront of the industry and leads the practice?s constructability review for Quality Control and Quality Assurance as well as firm-wide specification writing.

Molly Bourne, RLA, ASLA, joined Mathews Nielsen in 1999. She has twenty years of design experience across the northeast, leveraging a rare combination of people skills and award-winning design talent to navigate multiple projects from concept through construction. Bourne has led multidisciplinary teams on high-profile initiatives for waterfront parks, cultural institutions, and urban revitalization. Her comprehensive role in these and other firm projects has focused on design direction, consultant coordination, project management, and client liaison services.

Design can only be great if it is also buildable, and Greg Leonard has extensive experience in making sure good ideas are grounded in reality. A graduate of Cornell and Harvard Universities, he serves as lead project designer on many of the firm's complex urban design, park planning and sustainable infrastructure commissions. Before joining the firm in 2004, Greg gained extensive experience working on major urban transportation and public space projects. Uniting design skill with construction document experience, he ensures that creative solutions are also practical and cost-effective.
