Mattingly Low Vision, Inc is a family owned and operated, wholesale only company founded in 2007. Bill was joined in business by his son Sean in 2011. Prior to joining MLV, Sean worked in real estate and operations at the Regional and Director level for several years. Sean received an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University San Marcos.

Marvin Walters and Bill Mattingly have been in the low vision industry for over 30 years and are both excited about this acquisition and the continuation of the Walters name!
