May 5, 2004 To Whom It May Concern: I have been doing business with McCarthy Construction for approximately eight years. Over that period, they have accomplished for me, structural and cosmetic repairs to my home at 713 Shadow Lane, designed and constructed 2500 square foot building which included an art studio, rental unit and three car garage, and a major remodel to a spec home in the Mountain Village. When choosing a contractor I believe the following three points are crucial to the success of the project: 1. Quality and choice of materials must be first class 2. Timeliness adherence to schedule for completion 3. Honesty Carroll and Ann McCarthy have done well on all three of my requirements.
