Carol has worked in the employee benefits field for over 15 years. Her background includes human resources positions in benefits and 401(k) plan administration for several corporations. In addition, she has worked in the areas of retirement plan sales support, individual investment support and account management for health and retirement plan clients for benefits/investment firms.

To accomplish this mission it is McDonald Partners’ strategy to provide an environment wherein Financial Advisors are able to provide world class financial services to their clients in an atmosphere of mutual respect for the professionalism of both the Firm and the Advisor.

Our client accounts are reviewed quarterly to ensure consistency with the objectives and target asset allocation. We also conduct account reviews when there is a significant change in a client’s situation, or when requested by our client. These reviews are usually conducted by the financial advisor, but will be supported by our specialists to assure the most comprehensive and accurate review possible.
