Stephanie has a degree from Angelo State University in graphic design. She has experience in photography, graphic design and business administration.

Stephen offers more than 20 years of experience in broadcast media as a TV personality, disc jockey, news reporter and media sales rep. He produced his first commercials at 14. He also is an experienced business manager and former sales trainer for AT&T. He launched McLaughlin Advertising in 1998 and now serves on the board of directors for both the Concho Valley Home for Girls and Downtown San Angelo Association.

Anissa has experience in retail marketing, mortgage lending administrative assistant, and is a former director of Sylvan Learning Center.
