Nonimmigrant Visas . We obtain appropriate nonimmigrant visas and work authorization status, for professional and skilled employees of institutions and corporations, as well as independent investors, and distinguished scientists, artists, and athletes. We also counsel employers in developing effective strategies and processes to meet their personnel needs. For example, we have obtained approval of Blanket L Visa programs for several multinational companies, thereby reducing the time and expense required to transfer key personnel to the United States.

The Diversity Lottery makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas (green cards) annually to randomly selected applicants who complete entries, meet certain eligibility requirements and are from countries designated by the Department of State as having low rates of immigration to the U.S. The Department of State has released instructions for the 2008 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program and has designated qualifying countries for the FY 2008 lottery.
