METROPOLITAN MEDICAL LABORATORIES 1814 East Locust Street Davenport, IA 52804 To whom it may concern: McCartney Improvement Company has provided general contracting services for the Metropolitan Medical Laboratory Company in both our Iowa and Illinois locations. McCartney Improvement Company has completed many building and remodeling projects for us over the past 15 years. On two of our larger projects, McCartney Improvement Company and Charles Schwab Architect worked together with our management staff to develop plans from concept to the final design. This included all site plan work and engineering requirements. Project #1 was our new 2 story laboratory and office faculty at 1820 East Locust Street in Davenport, completed January of 2000. Project #2 was the complete interior and exterior remodel of our 6 story facility located at 1520 7th Street Moline, IL, completed August 1995. We were very satisfied in the professional manner and timely fashion which these projects were completed. Working with McCartney Improvement has always been a positive experience.
