Our tradition of excellence has been exemplified in both our single-family and town home communities.Our single-family communities in Maryland include, among others, Grovehurst in Mitchellville, North Ridge in Severna Park, Daisey Fields in Glenn Dale, Melwood Springs in Upper Marlboro and, most recently, Woodmore West in Mitchellville and Franklin Square in Fort Washington. Our town home community of Deer Park in Reisterstown features traditional town home floor plans. Applegate North, located in Pasadena, features our upscale garage town homes.
