Ms. Garrett founded MedAire in 1985 to provide on-demand medical advice for in-flight medical emergencies (also known at telemedicine). The company has since expanded to provide travel risk management solutions for passengers and crew of airlines, business and general aviation, and luxury yachts. Its core mission remains to protect and save lives.

In addition to the standard, regulation-required medicines and equipment, we provide consultative services for custom kit design and production.

As a worldwide leader in providing medical safety products and services to commercial airlines, corporate aviation, yachts and similar industries, MedAire is experiencing strong growth in all of its market segments. As a result, a number of dynamic, new employment opportunities for a variety of professional positions are becoming available.

Kenneth has more than 20 years of experience in the Aviation and Information Technology industries prior to joining MedAire. He has held various positions including sales, marketing and senior management roles with HP and Abacus International in the Asia Pacific region. He specializes in direct and channel sales, business development for both mature and emerging countries as well as strategic management to maximize profit and growth.

Backed by more than two decades of in-flight medical event data from MedAire’s MedLink in-flight medical advisory services, and an expert panel of aviation medical, regulatory, and operational experts, we have the knowledge and historical data to provide carriers the best medical kits for their aircraft and itineraries.
