Amir Amidi's intense passion for hand-woven rugs began at an early age, purchasing his very first piece at the age of seven. After accumulating one of the finest and most unique rug collections worldwide, Mr. Amidi moved to downtown Palo Alto, California in 1978 with the goal of educating local communities about one of the most exquisite art forms in the world.
