Tony and Debra Herrin are the owners of S1 Transcription, a Medi-Grafix company. They have more than 60 years experience in dealing directly with medical professionals and practitioners. Debra has 20+ years of transcription service ownership and additional years experience as a medical transcriptionist. Tony has 30+ years in selling, servicing, and providing technical solutions to the medical environment. Both owners participate actively and daily in the managing and working inside the business. Both can be reached "real-time" 24/7 through the office phone system.Debra transcribes and "proofs" daily, which allows her to be contacted directly by doctors or other professionals on a daily basis. She has been a member of the American Association of Medical Transcription for years and attends, periodically, national meetings. Her professional medical records training was acquired from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, which is where she was born and raised.Tony, a veteran, is active daily in the business, but spends most of his time with a subsidiary of S1; Business Telephones and Data. Most of his time is spent outside the office technically supporting sales staff and technical staff in supporting (servicing) or selling data and voice solutions. Tony grew up in south Georgia in a small town named Waycross. His formal education was acquired from Valdosta State University with post-graduate work done a the University of Georgia. Even though he is a Microsoft Certified Engineer, most of his training has come from the last 30+ years "hands-on" working with data networks, computers, dictation systems and communication systems.
