Event/Spectator First Aid The individual staff members of Medical and Safety Management, are retained specifically for their experience in treating and caring for the injured or infirm in the first response/emergency situation. All staff members and associates are highly skilled professionals who are Certified Emergency Medical Technicians, Registered Nurses or Physicians. Medical and Safety Management has an extensive background in serving a wide variety of events and activities. Medical coverage has been provided to over 1.5 million spectators and participants at such major venues as: Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center: One of the best convention centers in the United States. They offer a variety of different types like conventions, trade shows, the Long Beach Ice Dogs hockey, theater productions and youth activities. Honda Center (former Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim) Home of the Anaheim Ducks, concerts and special events.

We provide service to a wide variety of over 1500 events and activities each year. As specialists in spectator first aid, medical equipment, and disaster preparedness since 1985, we have found that individuals and organizations who prepare in advance to handle illness, accidents and disasters, achieve much greater success in protecting the health, safety and happiness of loved ones, guests and employees.

MSMI can provide medical personnel on foot, stationed in a first aid station or on our medical response carts. We specialize in corporate events, street and county fairs, special events, concerts, movie shoots or any other events that require medical staff.
