Medical Imaging Solutions (MIS) was founded by its president Arnold Bates, a former Siemens Electrical Engineer, who saw a need in the industry for refurbished MRI and CT equipment as well as preventative maintenance, emergency services, and complete turnkey solutions. Medical Imaging Solutions was born out of that vision and incorporated in 1998.MIS provides cost-effective quality solutions for MRI & CT imaging needs throughout the United States and International markets. We accomplish this by offering the highest level of imaging products that are safe and reliable, pre-owned and refurbished equipment; as well as a comprehensive list of services, available parts, and support. We buy, sell, refurbish, install, and maintain previously owned medical equipment and are equipped with the tools and extensive sales and engineering expertise to do this efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. We also provide de-installation services and complete turnkey solutions such as site planning and construction oversight. MIS also guarantees that all equipment sold is to meet OEM specifications.Our customer base consists of large hospital groups as well as individual clinic owners; to whom we extend nothing less than exceptional Customer Service in maintaining their imaging equipment through preventative maintenance and/or emergency services.
