Medisolv was founded in 1999 as a Maryland based C-Corporation to provide E-health solutions to hospitals and health systems. In 2001 the Company's focus its attention on business intelligence and management decision support programs. Medisolv combined its significant expertise in Web technologies and hospital data management to release its first business intelligence product called RAPID (Real time Analysis Planning and Integrated Decision support) in 2004.

Don is a senior executive with extensive experience in building and directing healthcare technology firms’ and consulting practices’ sales activities. Prior to joining Medisolv, Don served as the VP for sales at eko systems, a Perioperative Clinical Information Management System. In this role he successfully doubled the company’s client base in two years. Don has served as the Partner-in-Charge of Ernst & Young’s Mid- Atlantic Health Care Consulting Practice where he directed one of the Firm’s largest and most profitable healthcare consulting practices.

Ken brings over fifteen years of technology experience in health care settings to Medisolv. Prior to joining Medisolv, Ken was Director of Information Systems and Lean for St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Ken has a proven track record of successful IT implementations and operation as well as demonstrated excellence in bringing people and technology together to help end users perform successfully in complex operational environments. Ken is experienced in consulting to executive and senior level management to improve organizational effectiveness through enhanced organizational systems.

The Medisolv management team has nearly 100 years of combined experience in the development, integration and delivery of hospital services and software products including business intelligence based solutions for healthcare institutions.

Poonam joined Medisolv in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in developing commercial software across a variety of platforms and in a variety of roles. At Medisolv, Poonam coordinates all activities associated with delivering software across multiple functional areas and products. She has successfully transitioned the Medisolv development process from a waterfall process to a fully agile development approach using scrum, extreme programming and test driven development.
