Dave is a Shareholder of the firm. His practice is dedicated to the representation of mortgage bankers and industry professionals. Dave has more than 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney. He counsels clients on regulatory compliance and licensing under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act, the California Finance Lenders Law and California’s Real Estate Law.

Josh has successfully defended small and mid-size corporations and individuals in federal and state court. He has a wide range of experience in civil matters alleging breach of contract, broker and lender liability, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. He has defended mortgage bankers in Federal False Claims Act matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice. He also routinely defends his clients in administrative law matters filed by the California Bureau of Real Estate.
