Melillo Consulting has been providing companies with IT solutions for over 25 years. The company was founded in 1988 by Mark Melillo, who had previously spent 5 years as an HP technical consultant. He hired his first employee the following year after winning his first large government project that required 60 - 70 hours per week. Melillo spent the next 5 years in hardware and software consulting before being approached by HP in 1993 to become a value-added reseller. In 1995, Mark hired his brother Gary, an established salesman, to run his rapidly expanding sales force.
